Whether one agrees or disagrees, there's this thing called lawfare (ask DJT about it). You can't outspend a government that will likely want to make an example of you. Even if you win your case, you end up broke unless you have nearly unlimited resources (and even then, it will cost you a fortune). Just saying.
Could not agree more 2nd, but it is, unfortunately, the law(fare) of the land right now. Don't think for even a single solitary second I like it or agree with it. It's evil as hell! I have, however, seen it up close here in my tiny Ozarks town.
The gov sued this company located here - said (absurdly) the bed of the truck was not ag-specific - and when it FINALLY went to court after about a million bucks in defense costs, GLB won in less than an hour.
They were immediately hit with appeal - on the way out the courthouse door. t had already been prepared - the govt KNEW it was going to lose in advace because their case was weak. Didn't matter.
Interestingly, GLB was getting ready to purchase their two biggest competitors and consolidate operations to their company here in southern MO. Instead, due to the costs of defense, they sold out to said competitors and left the area.
Not “willing”, haha. Show me the person who does it willingly and I will show you a person who either does not work for a living, is a liar, or is mentally handicapped in some way.
If the current income tax laws exempt everyone who's not a DC resident, as they seem to do, what prevents Congress from simply changing the laws so they make all the rest of us actuallysubject to income taxation? How and why were the laws written and passed the way they are in the first place?
By Constitutional law Congress would not be allowed to overturn the illegality of direct and unapportioned taxation, which is why they willfully turn a blind eye to the IRS and judges subverting Constitutional law.
Congress is no longer honoring the Constitution; for example, its exclusive power to coin money and regulate its value under Article I, Section 8, Clause 5 has been illegally given over to the privately owned Federal Reserve Bank, despite Congress's coinage power being exclusive to the illegitimate Federal government.
In other words, it's all a color of law scam on We the People.
I have heard this before, but the fact remains that many (non-governmental people) have been imprisoned for “tax evasion”.
If we want to get back to true justice and “right makes right” instead of “might makes right”, more of us need to submit to Jesus. We always want other people to do the right thing, while remaining morally “flexible” ourselves. That is the sin problem of man and the root of every evil. True belief in Jesus, the kind that results from a changed heart and produces good fruit, is the only cure and help. Eventually, God will say, “Enough. It is time”, and this test of our hearts will be done. He is perfectly just and every person will stand before Him and the books will be opened. Only those whose debt is paid in full by Jesus, having received Him by faith, will be spared from hell. And even they will have their works judged.
So happens my husband and I didn't pay the almost $5K we still "owed" to the IRS in April. We joined https://www.freedomlawschool.org/, owned by Peymon Mottahedeh. who has been all over YouTube saying he has not paid income taxes for 30 years. He's been interviewed by Jimmy Dore, Marjorie Taylor Greene, Redacted, Dinesh D'Souza, etc., and guarantees that if you pay him a fee of 30% of the taxes you supposedly owe, he will take care of anything that comes up if you get in trouble with the IRS. We'll see what happens!

This level of Debt, Misspending, Black Budget Spending and thus Taxation is all Financial Fraud Without Representation. The seeds of Tea Party Movement started when the Great Ron Paul ran for President about the Size of the Government and Spending. It really gained traction in 2009 to 2012 when the Debt exceeded $16Trillion. As of today we have legislated deficit spending that will bring the Federal Debt to $50 Trillion by 2029. Over the last three or four years if Deficit Spending was backed out of the GDP, otherwise we ran a surplus budget with spending cuts to achieve that balance, our GDP Growth would be at most 1% each year.
