The problem is that so many people drive THEIR institutions which are downright anti-christ in nature, yet because we've decided as a society that they're "godly," in our redefinition of what following Christ means, those same people, legions of them, actually work against what their lipservice claims. let's say you. you give thanks. I give thanks. judging people by their actions seems about right in our society. not skin colour or race. actions. so right now I'm judging the mindless corrupt authoritarian evil governments. I'm not judging those in the pews or looking for God. How can I say who adheres to their faith with a sour resentful judgmental heart and who is there for comfort for solace with a genuine view to love their neighbour. that's another judgement all together.
That sounds marvelous, but when people are ignorant of the things that are spawning evil, and for little other reason than for intellectual laziness, and then that ignorance results in them actually promoting the very things that you renounce, and rightfully so, there's a disconnect and a terminal problem. Which is where we've been and are as a society.
Ignorance via Lobotomy Box (TV) programming is rampant, and quite effective it should be added. Yet people that ask questions, when provided with information and/or videos that explain things, tell me that they don't have an hour or two per week to educate themselves as such, but then I see on facebook how they spent 20 hours binge-watching some immoral filth on the Lobotomy Box, then yes, it does fall on them, their ignorance that is, which is largely the problem in our society.
We cannot live in ignorance is bliss mode and then expect to reap anything other than what the people behind that planned ignorance have in store for us.
No judging necessary really, but just the saying "not saying 'no' is just like saying 'yes'" goes, so too, not doing anything to prevent or affect something, is akin to allowing the "trend du jour" to prosper.
I think that the like buttons work, they simply take a while to engage. If you hit the heart and then refresh, you should see it. It's a PITA. But if you hit it twice or an even numer of times, it'll undo the like. [Deep Sigh] LOL

I hope that makes some sense. : )
you say it best when you say 'not saying no is just like saying yes'!
