A young lawyer perhaps. With zeal. And the understanding of the weight he or she will carry. Undeterred by the beasts in dark places.

There really aren't any young "top-tier" lawyers out there, which is implicit in Alan's piece really.

Great point. An opportunity in the crisis. They will have a lot of support- they just need to step up to the plate.

Young lawyers still have bills to be paid too. Unless a young lawyer can protect his license from being rescinded, he/she should think carefully. I've also heard that Trump doesnt like to pay for services rendered at times too and yes he can be difficult to work with.

I was a young lawyer who sued my government eating kd as I went. It's personality that will get the job done. There are a thousand problems. The guy that sees those but perseveres wins. The guy that sees those and stops no one ever writes about except briefly. We are in history. These professional bodies are part of the fight.

I still like boxed macaroni and cheese from time to time. As an adult, I have discovered that store brands are often better than Kraft.

You are an honorable one, and some do exist still today, and not many are true to the constitution as least here in America. This pdf explains fairly well (though there is more) the truth behind the ABA or American Bar Association.

short sample

"LAWYERS AND ATTORNEYS ARE NOT LICENSED TO PRACTICE LAW!

AS PER THE UNITED STATES SUPREME COURT:

тАв The practice of Law CAN NOT be licensed by any state/State. (Schware v. Board of

Examiners, 353 U.S. 238, 239)

тАв The practice of Law is AN OCCUPATION OF COMMON RIGHT! (Sims v. Aherns, 271

S.W. 720 (1925)

The "CERTIFICATE" from the State Supreme Court:

тАв Only authorizes [attorneys] to practice law in courts as a member of the state judicial

branch of government.1

тАв [Attorneys] Can only represent wards of the court, infants, and persons of unsound mind.

(See CORPUS JURIS SECUNDUM, VOLUME 7, SECTION 4.)"
