I had dinner with a constitutional lawyer, according to him all they have are the 6 process crimes. And a process crime has never been proven.

Hope this is true; the poor man has been attacked relentlessly since 2015.

Look who his enemies are; they are terrified he’ll expose them. He won’t play for pay.

Egregious that not one RussiaGate participant has been duly punished. They collectively have destroyed our FBI, DOJ, WH, & more.

All done to “get Trump.” Every single one should be prosecuted for treason against our government. The damage they’ve done & continue to do weakens more us every day.

Not much, a bit too obvious for too little gain.

I am concerned he will be bait for all the people threatening to free him if jailed, so they can declare martial law and get the NWO locked in.

If nothing else, perhaps all this will help more people see that, these days, justice in America is only a pretense and that Trump was right when he told us in 2016 that "the system is rigged, corrupt and broken." I would add that those responsible are guilty of treason.

Millions have went to jail for process crimes over the last century

Also showing classified documents to others is not a process crime. Ask Julian Assange whom Trump refused to pardon because he cared about protecting classified information

Expand full comment

Yes, Trump's failure to release/pardon Assange is an indelible blot on Trump's reputation and honor as well as a travesty of justice.

Don't you see, this witch hunt, all previous and succeeding will be shows/optics? The Dems as they have been for years are running scared. As I told another, I'm working with a couple of other veterans on something nobody else knows or has seen yet. Once it goes passed a few lawyers I'll have it in my substack.

Young lawyers still have bills to be paid too. Unless a young lawyer can protect his license from being rescinded, he/she should think carefully. I've also heard that Trump doesnt like to pay for services rendered at times too and yes he can be difficult to work with.

I was a young lawyer who sued my government eating kd as I went. It's personality that will get the job done. There are a thousand problems. The guy that sees those but perseveres wins. The guy that sees those and stops no one ever writes about except briefly. We are in history. These professional bodies are part of the fight.

You are an honorable one, and some do exist still today, and not many are true to the constitution as least here in America. This pdf explains fairly well (though there is more) the truth behind the ABA or American Bar Association.

https://anticorruptionsociety.files.wordpress.com/2015/09/the-legal-craft-ben-gates.pdf

short sample

"LAWYERS AND ATTORNEYS ARE NOT LICENSED TO PRACTICE LAW!

AS PER THE UNITED STATES SUPREME COURT:

• The practice of Law CAN NOT be licensed by any state/State. (Schware v. Board of

Examiners, 353 U.S. 238, 239)

• The practice of Law is AN OCCUPATION OF COMMON RIGHT! (Sims v. Aherns, 271

S.W. 720 (1925)

The "CERTIFICATE" from the State Supreme Court:

• Only authorizes [attorneys] to practice law in courts as a member of the state judicial

branch of government.1

• [Attorneys] Can only represent wards of the court, infants, and persons of unsound mind.

(See CORPUS JURIS SECUNDUM, VOLUME 7, SECTION 4.)"

Atrocious. An organized set of lawyers, The 65 Project, threatening any lawyer who attempts to represent Trump. It is this set of organized lawyers which should be disbarred in every State, for all citizens have the Constitutional right to be represented in court. Love to have a face to face with one of these [fill it in]. Constitution Amendment VI: “... and to have the assistance of counsel for his defense..”

this is not the first instance of this tactic, it needs more push back. There were several lawyers threatened during recounts in different states after 2020 election. I am in WA, the AG threatened to pull the license of a lawyer representing the GOP candidate, requesting recounts and investigation of election officials. He folded, most people would.

People as Alan Dershowitz and RFK Jr. have no credibility since their voting record indicates they support and finance the Techno Imperial/Feudal Fascist Criminals Against Humanity and all life on the planet....The International Mafia Crime Syndicate led by the Rothschilds with their Central Banker Family Cartel. THEY SUPPORT EVIL AND SO IT'S IMPOSSIBLE TO TRUST THEM OR TAKE THEM SERIOUSLY.

Indeed, RFK Jr. is a Medical Freedom Fighter and Pro Humanity AND HE'S ALSO AN ADMITTED SUPPORTER/FINANCIER OF THE INTERNATIONAL CRIME SYNDICATE Crime Families; like the Clintons, Pelosi's, OBiden's and Schiff...Behind the current evil. All the Staunch Democrats are of the Eugenicist Central Banker Family Cartel and also MANY OF THOSE claiming to be Republican; like the Bush's, McConnell's, McCain's, Romneys, etc. From this lack of judgement equal to Trump's concerning his trust in the UNIPARTY INTERNATIONAL CRIME SYNDICATE...Exactly WHO is trustworthy?

Who is a patriot loving The Constitution, Republic and U.S. Citizens as opposed to some complete delusion of a Democrat and Republican Party to even exist?

Who are the 🐺🐺🐺, and who the🐑🐕🐕? A Polygraph Test could indicate enemies from patriots; except the evil Sociopaths/Psychopaths don't and can't be measured...As they will pass Polygraph Testing. People MUST be intelligent...We must NOT choose based upon some absurd notion of any 'Two-Party System' which does not exist.

He and many others claim to be a particular Political Party.

THE candidate claiming the Party they claim to support and finance is the one voted for regardless of Crime, evil; any horrific nastiness...AND, THEY KNOW WHAT'S HAPPENING.

That is what we speak of and it's simply a fact; the only act necessary for evil to prosper, succeed and grow is for 'GOOD PEOPLE TO DO NOTHING.'

Kennedy, and his whole Kennedy Clan SUPPORTS/FINANCES evil...And, they know it. THAT is unforgiveable and all as him are equally CORRUPT.

Good People STAND AND PRACTICE EQUAL JUSTICE...That is the way decent, honorable people of integrity conduct all business including Elections, etc.

COMPLACENCY IS EQUALLY EVIL AS DIRECTLY PERPETRATING EVIL. Too many are complacent and those having power refuse to act in decency under God...WHICH IS COMPLACENCY.

You mention Palestinians and RFK Jr. commenting about Palestinians and refer to Jewish people as 'Occupiers'? Further, whatever he's said about the Palestinians and Jewish in the state of Israel defined him anti-humanity? Am I grasping whatever you're expressing?
