Russia has been moving their troops out of certain regions in Ukraine while tipping off their allies to also evacuate ahead of a possible kinetic event.

The reason this substack refers to this war as PSYOP-WW3 is precisely because it is ultimately irrelevant who is blamed for deploying the nuclear strike first, or if it is a false flag, or an act of overt military escalation/retaliation.

And now according to a CNBC article the justification for a nuclear attack is being further seeded and normalized:

• Russia’s defense chief on Sunday alleged that Ukraine was preparing a “provocation” involving a radioactive device.

• Russia’s Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu made the allegations in phone calls with his counterparts from Britain, France and Turkey.

• The stark claim reflects soaring tensions as Moscow struggles to stem Ukrainian advances in the south.

If Ukraine were to detonate a dirty bomb that would certainly increase the odds that the West would be dragged into WW3:

Whether it were an actual false flag by the puppet Zelensky who by some accounts is no longer even in Ukraine, or a reverse psychology false flag by Putin that justifies his “retaliation,” either scenario would achieve the net same result by further provoking NATO and the US to go from their current illegal proxy war into full on PSYOP-WW3; to wit:

Russian authorities repeatedly have made allegations that Ukraine could detonate a dirty bomb in a false flag attack and blame it on Moscow. Ukrainian authorities, in turn, have accused the Kremlin of hatching such a plan.

The One World Government has game planned and table topped limited nuclear strikes, and given their “disaster” and “pandemic” management track records we can be certain that they truly believe that they can not only manage the fallout, but use such a fortuitous event to expedite their Great Reset agenda.

Of course, the WEF, UN and their MSM lapdogs have of late been busily extolling the virtues of a “limited” WW3 incident in terms of PSYOP-CLIMATE-CHANGE; never mind that the planet would be dusted with ever greater levels of cesium isotopes and other radioactive materials which for sociopaths like Schwab and Gates would be a small price to pay in order to further reduce trace atmospheric levels of the gas of life.
