I am still trying to figure out why so many Substacks, including this one, continue to post links to X.

Why feed them traffic?

Simple: because a lot of amazing accounts still post amazing info on there.

So what does the average deplorable out here do to get the inside info from the amazing accounts on X? I don't have much influence over anyone or anything anymore, so I read for entertainment, current event updates, and to keep from dying of boredom. I'm sure the powers that be are not interested in a 75 yr old grandma. It's my grandkids that I am concerned about. I read so many substacks, telegrams, FB posts and X drivel that I am bleary-eyed at the end of the night. I need sleep but now I seem to be addicted... just like the grandkids are to TikTok and IG. It's a shame. Lord help us all. Thank you 2SGITW for your info!

They would be a lot more amazing if they did not.

The whole mess should have been over with a decade ago.

Zuckerberg's illegal election interference was only made possible by people who couldn't give up Facebook, and Musk's evil is dependent on the same factor

If no one ever posted there, it would die.

It's kind of what makes integrity important.

I am on there and am not impressed...people are complaining of being shadow-banned and some people have limits to how many people they can tag and others are tagging over 50....and it's definitely not cordial like it is here.....

They do serve a purpose. Even if they are the enemy. Did you do any research into how the Uk

got classified messages to soldiers behind enemy lines?

No,I did not. Did you do any research into the plight of Aboriginal Australians?

If you are talking about Ukraine, I am deeply sorry for any success achieved by the UK.

May they lose as desperately as they deserve to.

Everything was coded into songs. Lyric 2 line 3 for example may have said expect a bombing raid tomorrow. The radio played a huge part in disseminating information. What we think is boring commercials is just that right now, but if we were at war, it could be used the same way.

Forgot to say I agree about Australia or any NATO ally.
