I don't have much influence over anyone or anything anymore, so I read for entertainment, current event updates, and to keep from dying of boredom. I'm sure the powers that be are not interested in a 75 yr old grandma. It's my grandkids that I am concerned about. I read so many substacks, telegrams, FB posts and X drivel that I am bleary-eyed at the end of the night. I need sleep but now I seem to be addicted... just like the grandkids are to TikTok and IG.
