Seems to me like they are taking a specific interest in African nations as those countries are the bain of the WEF et al in the wake of Covid. Most African nations’ vax uptake is a fraction of Western nations and so is their Covid death rate, coincidentally enough. People of color around the world have long been tools of experimentation. Their distrust of the West and regular use of Hydrochloriquine and Ivermectin enabled them to avoid the Covid b.s. in large part. This time they might not be so “lucky”.
I too thought that they might now want to get around to addressing the fact that half of the African population is under 25 I believe, and very procreative. We in turn have to help Africans in their struggle against being exploited by their governments in collusion with Globocap or however to name it. They need to be able to use their own wealth constructively. Then they can implement autonomously the things that areally important like clean water etc. - But it might also be that they want to address South America, as the contagion is supposed to start in Brazil? - In any case, I think that one is meant to threaten us into preventive misplaced near-superstitious Compliance with their pandemic preparedness schemes.
