PSYOP-23 Rollout: Bill Gates warns Australia to prepare for the next pandemic - which could be MAN-MADE and far more brutal than Covid
During the PSYOP-19 program Australia was one of the most horrifyingly draconian WEF “penetrated” examples of bio-tyranny. As such, the antipodal nation will once again serve as the testbed for the followup “pandemic” which is currently being seeded and normalized as man-made. The purposely absurdist zoonotic COVID-19 narrative was always by design meant to fall apart, just as the grim truth about the DEATHVAX™ was always meant to be admitted to the surviving genetically modified humans (GMH).

Tech billionaire Bill Gates has warned Australia to be ready for the next pandemic, which could be man-made and far more brutal.
Mr Gates told the Lowy Institute think tank in Sydney on Monday that political leaders needed to set aside their differences and work together to prepare for the next virus.
He called for greater global cooperation using the Covid-19 pandemic as an example of how countries could improve on their response if they worked together.
Of course, what “man-made” really means is that the same globalist technocommunist perpetrators that planned and then foisted their PSYOP-19 on the world will now execute their PSYOP-23 alongside with their PSYOP-CLIMATE-CHANGE con:
PSYOP-23 is necessary not just to reinforce the Great Reset scheme, but as temporary cover for VAIDS; that is, until they finally allow the truth to come out. But before then, they plan on inflicting ever more Modified mRNA damage on the last of the gullible GMH “virtuous” victims, and maybe even snag some of the odd holdouts for good measure.
'Compare the economic cost of being prepared for the next one to the cost of this one, over $US10trillion economic loss,' he said.
'With the pandemic we were foolish not to have the tools, the practice and global capacity to be on standby like we do with fire or earthquakes.'
Mr Gates praised Australia's policies in helping to keep infection rates low before vaccines were rolled out.
The costs are completely illusory. Privately owned central banks conjure fiat out of thin air, social engineering tax theft is diverted to banksters, “nonprofits,” and illegitimate governments alike, with the life forces of the working debt-slaves thus further drained via the perverted slave-feedback loop metaphor that is fiat.
“Pandemics” and other mass inducement fear programs not only justify further State thievery, but the associated deliberate stressors also take their toll on consciousnesses and ultimately lifespans. This is precisely why Mister Billy Eugenics Boy along with his partners in crime the WEF, UN, WHO, CFR, CIA, DoD, DARPA, and other unconstitutional agencies comprising the Intelligence Industrial Complex are funneling said fiat into “vaccines,” GMO, blotting out the sun, destructive terraforming, CO2 sequestration (i.e. decarbonization = depopulation), weaponizing insects as “vaccine” delivery systems, buying up farmland, and running their various tabletop exercises and apocalyptic “standby” scenarios all on the taxpayer’s dime. And when Gates praises Australia’s democidal PSYOP-19 policies what he is really saying is that a 17% surge in excess mortality and far greater infection rates since the slow kill bioweapon rollout makes the down under nation a model example of global bioterror depopulation sold as “effective pandemic response.”
'Some of the things that stand out are that Australia and about seven other countries did population scale diagnostics early on and had quarantine policies,' he said.
'That meant you kept the level of infection low in that first year when there were no vaccines.'
The sleight of hand is transparent: the reason the level of infection was low in the first year was precisely because there was never any actual “pandemic,” deadly hospital protocols notwithstanding. Now that there is a bonafide VAIDS pandemic in Australia, it is the perfect time to rollout the man-made 2.0 coverup in PSYOP-23.
And what is “population scale diagnostics early on and had quarantine policies” but code for the upcoming 4th Industrial Revolution’s social credit system, replete with total biometric and perpetual “vaccine” monitoring. Australia has served the One World Government well, and as such is the perfect harbinger of the coming technocommunist “stable international order:”
The Microsoft founder turned philanthropist said a stable international order based on mutual political will is needed in order to deal with future pandemics.
In other words, ultra-centralized hell on earth. Sadly, the Australians complied better than most with this scam. But be hyper-vigilant, because when the WEF “penetrators” apologize to the Aussie citizenry, that will mean that they are gearing up to do it all over again.
'The one thing that still hangs in the balance is will we have the global capacity and at the regional and country levels that would mean that when an (infectious disease) threat comes up we act in such a way that it doesn't go global,' Mr Gates said.
'We need to be doing every five years a comprehensive exercise at both country and regional levels of pandemic preparedness and you need a global group that's scoring everybody.'
Mr Gates has promised to donate half of his fortune to good causes and to try and bring equality to the health, energy and education industries.
What Gates is telegraphing is that the global capacity will once more attempt to eradicate the country (and county) levels of self-governance and autonomy. The only solution is to cultivate freedom on the local and thus decentralized level. Again, Gates is reinforcing the social credit score system when he said, “a global group that's scoring everybody.” That is the antithesis to a local-based society, and the polar opposite of freedom.
The reality inversion of “equality to the health, energy and education industries” is almost as egregious as the origins and nature of Gates’ “fortune.” Anyone at this stage of the game that still believes that Gates, Zuckerberg, Musk or any of the other tech puppets are in any way self made are most assuredly careening toward their depraved bivalent denouements of their mass ritual bio-suicides.
And if any doubts remain that the CCP is nothing more than a globalist funded and created experiment in social engineering, here is Gates driving home the point:
