As a Canadian, I'd be willing to bet we've got similiar tax laws and language around our financial institutions. Steep learning curve, but one which we'll have to undertake in order to grasp the enormity of the fraud being perpetrated against the people. I've been on this journey since 911/2008 financial meltdown.

I am sure this is a naive question, but in light of this, why not a class action lawsuit against the IRS or whatever needs to be done to get peoples attention? Seems like we should all be trying to do something about it instead of just talking about it. I obviously do not know the system as well as you which is definitely part of the problem! But I do want to learn more about the codes.

Most of the Federal bureaucracies should be decommissioned forthwith. The 16th Amendment should be repealed in lieu of a National sales tax to pay for the defence of the country nationally and its citizens locally. Two new Constitutional Amendments: Term Limits (to holding any/all government office; no longer a lifelong career). Balanced Budget Amendment (the House Reps to actually work Ways & Means).

Ingenious article!

Which would you prefer? The Constitution or The Articles of Confederation?

And it isn't based on the 1913 "law" alone. There is a discernable plan that has been creeping over the land at least since the The War of Northern Agression (aka. "Civil War"):

Thank you for posting this.

The Memorandum of Law is both informative and enraging. It makes it clear how the USA was hijacked through fraud and the stealth transmutation of specific terms that control Title 26 and is stunning in that regard.

I was particularly happy to see the brief description of "Joint Tenants in the Sovereignty" as set forth by the U.S. Supreme Court. We need to think and act like the sovereigns we are to reassert our power. Doing that is not easy but the Founders risked everything to give us the opportunity.

The only issue I have with the document is the stated "nature of the income tax". The Supreme Court has instructed us that it is in its nature an excise entitled to be enforced as such. They have also instructed us that the 16th Amendment provided no new power of taxation. Reading Brushaber vs Union Pacific Railroad is very instructive, 240 U.S. 1 (1916). Note that the Union Pacific was chartered by Congress. That does not mean that Congress can not do other things to mislead the American people which is how I read 31 USC § 321(d)

I believe most thinking people now understand that the "government" lies to us on a regular basis. But now I know it started well before the 16th Amendment was added.

Anyone interested in understanding taxation in America should read Cracking the Code by Pete Hendrickson: https://losthorizons.com/Newsletter.htm In particular he pulls apart a lot of the key terms of art like "Trade or Business" and shows how one can rebut false allegations by other parties. There is lots of evidence of people having success. There is also examples of how to deal with a misbehaving captured taxing authority, federal and state.

The quicker solution without bending to legalese is to just quit paying taxes and demand that sales taxes be rescinded. If they want a new world order then lets start there. I'm tired of working to pay the wages of those who do not work and worse pay those who would suppress me and my family. The benefits of taxation to the taxpayer are nebulous at best. The true benefits are to those who already have more than enough money just spend it poorly. Tax money is often wasted or used in crime like the WEF scam Trudeau was involved in.

Many thanks to 2nd smartest for this education on the IRS code. I had certainly not known that by code the taxes we pay are defined as a “gift”, and “voluntary”, all of which goes directly to that private piece of ‘sh-t’ Fed Reserve for the sole purpose of being applied to the gigantic ‘our’ debt caused by totally irresponsible politicians and the Fed Reserve with it’s printing press. Yeah, “gift” and “voluntary” - like Hell. Thanks again for the education in some IRS code facts.

We’re screwed.

Pal opted to fight and won in court. I filed the same docs he did showing that any filing was not to be construed as anything more than a one time voluntary item. Oddly never had an audit. I continue to file as my work would collapse if I got into it and I’m good at accounting so I rarely give them money.

I might be blonde, but usually understand things. If we all just stop paying taxes this would cripple them, won't it? How do we do it without getting audited?

So have you become a State National and gotten out of the Fed system?

Only the Bidens’ can get away with tax evasion, we would all go to jail to show an example of how this government works.

I was aware that employers did not have to report an employees income, or withhold taxes, but few people in payroll understand that. Heck, most managers and business owners are not aware of it.

Yet, if one fails to file income tax, they can be penalized and jailed? I wonder if a good tax atty could get the case dismissed?
