Thank you for posting this.

The Memorandum of Law is both informative and enraging. It makes it clear how the USA was hijacked through fraud and the stealth transmutation of specific terms that control Title 26 and is stunning in that regard.

I was particularly happy to see the brief description of "Joint Tenants in the Sovereignty" as set forth by the U.S. Supreme Court. We need to think and act like the sovereigns we are to reassert our power. Doing that is not easy but the Founders risked everything to give us the opportunity.

The only issue I have with the document is the stated "nature of the income tax". The Supreme Court has instructed us that it is in its nature an excise entitled to be enforced as such. They have also instructed us that the 16th Amendment provided no new power of taxation. Reading Brushaber vs Union Pacific Railroad is very instructive, 240 U.S. 1 (1916). Note that the Union Pacific was chartered by Congress. That does not mean that Congress can not do other things to mislead the American people which is how I read 31 USC § 321(d)

I believe most thinking people now understand that the "government" lies to us on a regular basis. But now I know it started well before the 16th Amendment was added.

Anyone interested in understanding taxation in America should read Cracking the Code by Pete Hendrickson: https://losthorizons.com/Newsletter.htm In particular he pulls apart a lot of the key terms of art like "Trade or Business" and shows how one can rebut false allegations by other parties. There is lots of evidence of people having success. There is also examples of how to deal with a misbehaving captured taxing authority, federal and state.

It would be so easy to stop this theft if people would just learn that which the Educational Industrial Complex works diligently to suppress along with their partners in crime the Intelligence Industrial Complex.

I agree those are important components. I choose to try and understand taxation as one way any American man or woman could make a difference.

Until we get rid of the Banksters at the FED and BIS we can never be free. I despise Woodrow Wilson and his treason against the American people in 1913.
