I have no doubt that you do; but, since it's a criminal matter, shouldn't law enforcement be able to take the website offline pending detailed investigation/trial as a precautionary measure to protect public health and safety?
The domain registrar has policies in place that make it difficult for the rightful owner to get the site back, by design, since the registrar model ultimately caters to criminals that purchase hundreds and thousands of websites per year, and that is why it is taking longer than expected.
But a state senator and AG are now involved, as well as the authorities, so it is only a matter of time.

As an American living in the EU I am just not aware of pharmacies who have stepped out into the light and offer access to these treatments to the average citizen. Here in NL it still takes extraordinary measures to get a physician to prescribe Ivermectin due to pharma control.
