I've been meaning to ask...who's the 1st smartest guy? I'm assuming Jesus? I think I'm smart some days...then my 9 year old broad spectrum grandson TOTALLY reminds me I'm not! 🤣 Bless his heart he struggles with social aspects, but everything else (especially if it interests him) he's so smart it's mind boggling! 🤯🤓
I haven’t read this yet but is this stuff really good? I mean sugar is not good and I don’t use it too much but it would be nice to have a more healthier product so when I do bake a sweet or two…I won’t have to worry.
Dr Ben Bikman promotes this as well. He works in metabolism and has a YouTube channel you can get further information. I’ve also found low carb keto/carnivore diet kills your desire for sweets after acclimating to it. But for those that want sweet, this might be a great option.
Yes. It's really good. I've been using Allulose in place of sugar for a few years. Great for baking and cooking. Tastes good with no after-taste or adverse effects.
Have you found any food bloggers who have good recipes using Allulose? I've done a bunch of recipe adaptation so have converted my favorites to at least half allulose but would like new ideas where they use allulose in a lot of their recipes.
I just use Allulose in place of sugar in all of my recipes, and I always decrease the amount of sugar/Allulose. Once you lose your sugar addiction you'll find that a little sweetness is all you need.
When will the medical world wake up to the fact that chronic GLP1 injections not only metabolize fat molecules but suppress and reduce muscle cells through out the body including the heart. A slow method of reducing life span as it reduces the viability of the heart muscle. Anyone agree with my assessment?
When they first hit the market, Dr. Brian Ardis did research and immediately put out a warning on the risks of Ozempic and Wegovy. Thyroid cancer was one I remember, and the delayed emptying of the stomach is certainly not health promoting. He said patients would have to stay on these meds indefinitely or weight returns. Another big pharma cash cow, at 1500.00 a month per user. They want them approved for children as well. The whole system has lost its mind.
My Gail was on Lilly's GLP1 for a couple of months and she acquired blurred vision from inflammation of the retinal cells. Lilly uses this side effect as a selling tool to physician not to prescribe the competitive product. Beyond my comprehension that they know what really happens and they just keep pushing the money machine.
The profits are said to be insane on these products, and money is driving their lack of judgement. At some point, I believe they lose their soul. Look what they ignored with the Covid shots? We cannot trust our medical or governmental authorities with our health.
I don't know how old you are, but when I was a kid and someone would offer me sugar-free gum it had a cooling sensation when you first started chewing it. It isn't bad. Totally beats the others, but isn't sugar. They pushed erythritol for a while, which now they say is bad, but I thought it was gross! You can't hardly find monk fruit sweetner without it, so it probably is JUNK! If you find monk fruit sweetner without it most certainly couldn't afford to bake with it! When I'm baking something for my husband and the guys at work I just use Zulka sugar and cut it WAY back. No one will ever convince me a cake make with 2 cups of flour also needs 2 cups of sugar! I've went down to 3/4c, depending on recipe and if there's sugar in the topping/icing, and it's never hurt the recipe! Not that I'm much of a recipe follower and usually am disappointed when I feel something doesn't sound right/good and I don't change it! I definitely stay away from regular, white (bleached) sugar! Especially powdered sugar! I make my own from the Zulka sugar. I also use unbleached flour.

Given that most of allulose is excreted via urine, it makes me wonder if the long term effects on kidneys have been studied…
