I haven’t read this yet but is this stuff really good? I mean sugar is not good and I don’t use it too much but it would be nice to have a more healthier product so when I do bake a sweet or two…I won’t have to worry.

Dr Ben Bikman promotes this as well. He works in metabolism and has a YouTube channel you can get further information. I’ve also found low carb keto/carnivore diet kills your desire for sweets after acclimating to it. But for those that want sweet, this might be a great option.

Yes. It's really good. I've been using Allulose in place of sugar for a few years. Great for baking and cooking. Tastes good with no after-taste or adverse effects.

Have you found any food bloggers who have good recipes using Allulose? I've done a bunch of recipe adaptation so have converted my favorites to at least half allulose but would like new ideas where they use allulose in a lot of their recipes.

I just use Allulose in place of sugar in all of my recipes, and I always decrease the amount of sugar/Allulose. Once you lose your sugar addiction you'll find that a little sweetness is all you need.
