I had chicken pox when I was a kid, around 10-12 years old. I had heard about Shingles being associated with it in later life. In 2020 I didn't worry about the C-19 scam, and didn't get it, but in the summer I DID come down with a bad case of Shingles. The doctor asked if I wanted the Shingles vaccine and I declined. It cleared up after a few weeks, and I only had one small brief flareup a couple years ago. Imagine how bad it could have been if I had taken that vaxx.

I had chicken pox at 6 weeks old. I got shingles for the first time in 3rd grade. Then after my first son at 23 I started getting out breaks regularly was diagnosed with shingles again took meds for years till I had no insurance. Have been taking L lysine for 30 years it helps the out breaks don't last as long. When menopause started I was getting shingles every month along with my period accompanied by a migraine and urinary tract infection. When my gynecologist did an ablation it calmed down, but I still get them with stress. This has been my whole life. I went to a dermatologist who said I had herpes and not shingles because he never heard of anyone having shingles so much. I told him I was diagnosed by 4 different doctors. I would love to have this cured.

About 20 years ago, I developed a bad case of shingles on my neck and chest from stress. I immediately searched for what I should do to treat it, and one of the first things I saw was an apple cider vinegar and cayenne pepper treatment. Sounded weird to me, but it worked great! I never had any pain or itching-it just looked terrible. Luckily it was wintertime so I could wear turtlenecks every day until it went away. My aunt had had shingles a couple of times before I did and had terrible pain, so I felt really lucky to find that treatment that worked so well for me.

A strong immune system keeps SV40 virus which causes shingles in check. So vaccinating increases the risk which means it negatively impacts the immune system viability. Merck promotes the push to vaccinate by saying that 95% of the seniors carry SV40. Can anyone confirm it is a truthful statement? The FDA needs gate keepers that are properly schooled in how our immune system works. They should all be tested for their expertise and if they fail the test..out they go! We keep growing a bloated healthcare system because they keep allowing medical treatments that expand side effects and death. RNA injections is the greatest affront to humanity and we are now going to see RNA flu injections become the norm. https://thomasabraunrph.substack.com/p/copy-lifestyle-medicine

No, not RV40. Chicken pox and shingles are caused by the varicella virus.

Oops. Typo. That RV40 should have been SV40. But varicella causes chickenpox/shingles.

Good catch. SV40 was from the Salk live polio vaccine. Chicken pox vaccine is resident for the rest of their life in those who acquired the chickenpox. My wife sadly acquired both. SKF anti-viral did nothing to reverse the shingles. It was up to the immune system to re-activate. Just checked the Vir-X formula which helps boost immune system function. Formula is spot on. I was spared both SV40 and varicella. Merck injections are more profitable than encouraging lifestyle changes that boost immune system.

Please send your protocol for Shingles. This is the 2nd time I have had it and your article explains why so many of my friends are getting it. I never took the vaccine, thank God.

I too had the pox when a kid. At 40 I got shingles during a particularly stressful and horrific time of my life. That was very painful. I didn't go to a doc, because my understanding was that if you didn't catch it early for the meds they did have (within a few days of onset), there was nothing you could do but ride it out. So I rode it out.

Got a much milder case of it a few years ago, again a stressful time. This time I was taking tons of vitamin C and D as part of my regular regimen, which I think helped. There are other herbs you can use as balms or ointments for the rash--chickweed, lemon balm, although I haven't used them.

Lysine is supposed to help too. Now that I think about it, the C I was taking did have Lysine and proline in it.

Please pass your "shingles cure" along to all!

My daughter's father-in-law suffers terribly from shingles after four years from original outbreak.

Thank you so much!

How can I get the protocol to heal the root cause of shingles please? I had the chicken pox vax as a kid, about 60 years before I got shingles. I still have nerve pain over three years later. Never want to get it again!

Thank you for all you do.

Let me know if you would like my protocol, which I developed that cured my husband’s severe Shingles in 2016.

Please send your natural protocol along to me personally.
