Dr. Fauci, one of the most prolific mass murderers in world history, was just held in contempt of Congress by the Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee for repeatedly pleading the Fifth to questions in last week’s hearing on funding deadly gain-of-function research and viral releases at the Wuhan Institute of Virology as well as his role in the various PSYOP-19 scamdemic unconstitutional mandates and democide policies.

My attitude is… meh 🫤 ok, the citation itself carries no direct legal penalty. It’s just a path to open up 3 more paths..
1. Criminal contempt, where the facts are sent to the U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia. That official’s duty is to then present the matter to a grand jury. The DOJ retains prosecutorial discretion, where they can decline to pursue cases.
2. Civil enforcement: Congress can sue in federal court seeking a judgment that the person must comply with the subpoena.
3. Inherent contempt, where The House or Senate Sergeant-at-Arms can arrest the person and bring them before the chamber, which can then detain them until they comply or until the end of the congressional session. This power was last exercised in 1935. Would be cool.. but meh
The five members of the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee who were present and voted “No” against holding Dr. Fauci in contempt of Congress were Senator Gary Peters (D-MI), Senator Maggie Hassan (D-NH), Senator Richard Blumenthal (D-CT), Senator John Fetterman (D-PA), and Senator Andy Kim.
