I see a form titled “JUSTIFICATION AND APPROVAL”. I expect to see somewhere on the form an actual “justification”. None on form. Instead, box (bottom left) titled “Basis for Approval”. So, neither “approval” nor “justification” on form. So, what’s with form title? In the “basis” box is found “FAR 6.303-1(d)”.
