They just cut down all trees in northern Scotland. The only reason I can see is to take life vibration out of the soil so the ice can take it over like Greenland. The carbon dioxide levels are lower than ever before. We need carbon dioxide to green the planet.
They have also been accelerating massive clear-cut operations here in Canada (and specifically targeting the most ancient trees first in the last three years).
Great question. Well, first we should concisely define exactly who this "them" is that we would want to "stop".
Are we talking about the Blackrock/Vanguard Group transnational investors and landgrabbers (who play a part in funding the massive devastation of ecosystems in the name of "sustainable development")?
Or are we talking about the CEOs of the logging corporations and the corrupt government officials directly involved in the decision making processes that target the specific last few remaining old growth/ancient forests in Canada for destruction?
Or are we talking about the hundreds of C-IRG (specialized RCMP officers) that act as corporate mercenaries, brutally beating down any indigenous peoples or other peaceful forest defenders that attempt to stand in the way of the mass destruction of these last few remaining ancient forests?
Or are we talking about the loggers that actually wield the chainsaws and tree cutting machinery on the ground (and the truck drivers that make profiting from shipping the dead bodies of those massive ancient beings possible) and how about the mill workers that chop up the dead bodies of thousand year old trees, which also make their massacare a profitable endeavor to those higher up in the corporate hierarchy? How about the homeowners and businesses that buy big slaps of finished top grade wood from those ancient trees bodies for furnishing their homes and businesses (who also make it possible for their to be profits to be had in an industry that murders ancient trees for money)?

Now onto the part about 'stopping' them. What does that look like? What form would you suggest it take?
