It's "not over" because the "results" have already been baked in - - meaning, the billions who took the stab, will continue to die. Some, will die slowly. Some, will die in the 1-3 years. If every single experimental gene therapy were to be discontinued at this very second, my estimate is that worldwide, well over a billion people (with a B), will have perished directly as a result of this thing. Where I get this number from: I think something like 5 billion people have been stabbed. And German official sources have already estimated that 1 in 5,000 adverse events is already likely. Of course, if they're willing to admit THAT, they're not even remotely close to telling the truth (who is these days?). As it stands currently, I'd be willing to go so far as to say that the Tech-Killing-Machine is "guaranteed" a solid, ahem, Return On Investment. The sea of sudden deaths in my own country, Canada, is starting to be uncovered, for example.
In the end: why did this happen. Simple: the most terrorizing ad campaign in modern history. Certainly it rivalled any war propaganda. Nobody learned anything from Edward Bernays (though he had much to "teach" us). And so it goes.

The CDC has zero power over citizens. As long as this is a constitutional republic, the CDC did not, does not and will not have power to quarantine individuals for alleged or real exposure to a virus.
Their implication that they have this power, and worse yet, it going unchallenged, is the biggest problem with what they wrote, because they are conditioning you to accept that they once imposed this "requirement," that you had to obey, and that it could conceivably happen again.
