Of course, it was scrubbed from their site, but thanks to the Wayback Machine we have the evidence of their technocratic depravity.
So they think it’s better for them to do this than to wait until some other entity does. It’s wrong unless we are the ones doing it. I liked life better when I was a child and very innocent.

Looked up the original archived article, and then tracked the history. The page was available for at least a year, and only sometime between Nov. 2019 and June 2020 it got erased by the WEF.
Not sure what that implies, but it's interesting.
Oddly, although it was on the WEF site, it was a promo for giving the power to the European Union. (It reminds me of the monarchs of Europe, who supposedly headed up separate countries but were all cousins.)
My favorite part of the vanished article is the last line in this paragraph, where the writer shows his objectivity:
"Either way, our job is to find something that is beneficial to humanity. And if you find a way to make somebody better, then you most likely also know how to do the contrary. The goal is to make sure that regulation prevents the latter, without impeding the former. I believe that this is the role of regulators. And I think that the European Union, where I work, is quite good at this."
Sure you do. After all, the EU has done such a great job in regulating its own borders.
