Take a walk. Even a little bit of exercise can help mitigate stress and anxiety. Improving your health is another way to reduce contact with the satanic death cult.
The more food you can grow and raise yourself the better. If you lack experience in this aspect then maybe make a new year resolution to grow at least one plant of some use in the kitchen. One is better than none. If you’re able, you can start a revolution in your backyard garden.
Research permaculture. As a systems based approach it applies to growing communities as much as it does to growing veggies.

I want to believe Trump is on our side. I want to believe they persecuted him because his intentions were aligned against the deep state and he really does have citizens interests at heart. But he dropped the ball so severely over Covid I have a difficult time believing that anymore. Trump declared Covid a national emergency on Fri 13 of March 2020. CNN has a story up that is full of lies from the Russia gate saga that have all been debunked. #1 is that Russia stole information from the dnc computers and gave them to Wikileaks. The head of crowdstrike that was in charge of the computers told Congress I 2017 that no information left the computers, but Adam Schiff hid that information for 3 years.
