If there is no voter ID and you can add unidentified “voters” real, imagined or dead at anytime to vote - we have no government for, of or by the people, we have a government of rogue bureaucrats with politicians as the face. The states that are dishonest should be excluded from the electoral college because their vote manufacturing disenfranchises the legitimate votes of millions of honest voters. Yes, the states set their own voting standards, but that doesn’t mean they should be accepted in federal elections that affect the other states if fraud is suspected. Don’t count them until they straighten up and get honest. That should be part of their punishment along with NO federal funding.

I agree there are judges with a different perspective- maybe even an unconstitutional perspective and maybe those opinions are based on the idea that the constitution is a living document that must adjust to meet modern issues. Therefore, their decisions in some of these cases may be based upon that "flawed" perspective. Nevertheless, IMHO the decisions are based upon the actual laws in place and Justice Alito's quote is a subtle message to update the laws that need updating so that they may or may not rule differently. Voting is primarily in the purview of the states.

We know factually Roberts fudged his wife's income statement to list her as a paid employee to hide her ties to lawyers in DC who might come before SCOTUS. Not to forget, his wife has made $11million and $10 million in commissions on her lawyer recruitment job the last two years.
For misfiling on their IRS forms alone, Roberts should be removed. This goes back to around 2017 and the IRS is doing what?

Based on the way the Constitution is written a first year law student would have interpreted the Birth Right legislation correctly. It is in black and white. It is not confusing but our worthy SCOTUS sold out (many feel that way) are making decisions based on money and politics. SCOTUS sets a standard for the rule of law and that standard has been greatly compromised and insulting.
This is one of the few issues on which Trump has been absolutely correct. The others are birthright citizenship and the illegal migration/immigration, which are connected. The Supreme Court (or is it a Barnum and Baily circus) has poked him in the eye on both.
