It concerns me that this story is published by Yahoo -- a World Economic Forum member that regularly pushes their agenda. I'd be seriously concerned about this being a surveillance app. for rounding up the "anti-vaxxers". But with that said, I'm sure they already know most of us -- certainly anyone who subscribes to this substack is on a list already. Aside from my concerns, I think it's a great idea.

If you weren't on a list years ago you were doing something wrong...

Last time I travelled I went back to the UK, where I am from. I was certain I would get some crap from the UK Border Force (I was once several seconds away from being dragged off to the "special room" by them because I had Iranian, Saudi and Chinese visa stamps in my passport).

The guy who looked at my passport on the last occasion was so over-the-top polite I was certain they were screwing with me psychologically.

Your comments are pretty meta, I like them.

"The writer Philip K Dick referred to pronoia as an antidote to paranoia in his private work, Exegesis"

"Pronoia is also a prevalent theme in the 1988 novel The Alchemist, by Paulo Coelho"

Good stuff.
