Wow. Just wow. Well done getting the legal clout - fighting fire with fire. Please tell your mum "the people of the internet" love her and appreciate her very much.
My wife and I are in the same boat as your mother. We had to make appointments to get refills as we both take on Rx. We hadn’t been to see the doctor for a year and a half because of lack of trust since she tried to convince us to take the vaxx and also tried to get me to take statins which I refused. Also, masks are required. I told the doctor that masks are only good if you have buggers in your nose or spinach in your teeth.
It's very sad.. Fortunately my Mother passed before Covid or else I would have been in the same boat. YEARS go I went to the cardiologist with my Mother and he RX'd a drug that (later we learned) required the patient to be observed in the hospital for a week upon taking it. He never suggested that. When I asked what the side effects of the drug were he said "there are none". I said "What"? A few sentences later said "If I told my patient all the side effects of drugs they'd never take them". I said that's unethical right before he told me to get out of his office.
Look into the Hippocratic Oath.. Doctors aren't required to take it and they have a new one now as well.
There is a FDA black box warning on the shingles vaccine. Possibility of developing Guillain-Barre syndrome, which is an autoimmune disease.
GBS can also cause partial or complete paralysis. Complete paralysis like you end up in a nursing home wearing a diaper, eating mashed up food, and wishing for death to release you from the misery.
Your doctor won't tell you there is a black box warning on the shot. Probably because he/she doesn't know, doesn't care, or won't get a kickback if you refuse the shot.
The discrimination and vilification of dealing with elderly parents who refused the jab was beyond words. Both parents were in ICU for over a week. Every single "expert" and doctor started their very first question with "are they vaccinated?". When the response was "no", their entire demeanor changed and they just didn't seem to care about them. With my mother recovering and out of ICU, we got her home a few days earlier. My father was in much worse shape and in between breathes asked me to get him home (so he could pass in comfort). The battles/struggles to get him out of the hospital were crazy stupid with constant mockery and shock that we were not vaccinated by all these medical experts. We finally got him out after using the logic of "he doesn't have COVID anymore". I had to carry him into the house and laid him in bed where we expected him to pass. His last words to me were "shave me" (wanted to look presentable in his coffin), since he was unable to even sit up, yet alone function with a razor. That night I started the FLCCC COVID treatment and got Ivermectin into his system(another crazy story). The next morning there was no change, but he did not pass as we had expected. On Day 2, when I called over to speak with my mother and inquired about status/change, she said he was taking a bath and shaving! I was in utter SHOCK and even got to say good morning and speak with him for the first time in WEEKS. My parents personal doctors were not as confrontational as yours. They were respectful and just did the "the NIH recommends..." and I never got the sense of coercion you experienced. God bless you for having the strength to fight. There are not enough of us!
I appreciate the update and replay of what transpired with your dear mom. How great you were able to find a reliable work around for her meds- this post should be shared EVERYWHERE. What an absolute reprobate that doctor is, I wish you could share his name to help warn others.

It was such a wonderful moment for all when the Dr said, “I respect your wishes and we won’t speak of it again..”
When we are strong in our convictions and have a real understand of our values and beliefs, our decisions are so much easier. Well done!

My mother is a badass too. At 89 years old (now she's 90, she's never taken even a flu shot and takes no medication) she refused the covid bioweapon shot when my lefty brother (who likely took 3 shots) tried to push it on her, saying, "it's just a vaccine and you made us all take vaccines when we were young." God bless badass moms and dads (and sons and daughters :-)
