Especially important for kids poisoned with 72 vaccines on the childhood schedule. Some suggest that drinking a liter of Fiji every day for 90 days is effective. A convincing study was presented where alum content in urine was measured before, during and after silica water treatment. The alum content of urine increased during treatment then decreased suggesting that alum was being excreted and that eventually the embedded alum was depleted...gone. So it looks like the silica actively eliminated aluminium until there was no more to eliminate. This seems like a no risk/high potential reward for those with aluminium neurotoxicity poisoning, which is everyone.
Fiji has 93 ppm silica, Exley claims that anything over 30 ppm is good. It is impossible to “make” silica water. Only time can make it. Hundreds of years of time.
