They invite police, judges, prosecutors, and so on. And get compromising material. Now, the opposite: individuals visited Epstein island multiple times, knowing that they got kompromat on them. The more times they visited, the more "benefits" they received in their career. Sort of like a gang initiation-- the more people you k*ll, the more status you get.
FWIW, my husband is a chemist. mRNA is super fragile. His guess is that cooking would kill it. As for uncooked, IDK. Once again, it's super fragile and degrades quickly.

Even the “ I like the torture video” email is not enough. What evidence is there that Epstein provided it ? What was the subject? Torturing what/whom ? How do you prove that fact using evidence? When? Where?

I don’t even think you need to get blackmail on them, they both have young kids, especially ACB. Threats to their livelihood is all it would take.
