Look at the enclosures acts in the UK where those in parliament that enclosed common land and took it for themselves even said in parliament during debates that "this was completely illegal but who was going to stop them" ..... laugh laugh laugh. They were laughing then and they are still laughing now but something tells me they won't be laughing shortly.
