While I don't suffer from dementia or any acute problems, some brain fog was creeping in as I near 80, so I've been taking Creatine 3x a day, and it has definitely improved the situation...not hurting my workouts either....

I had worsening symptoms of early Alzheimer’s and was in despair as I could no longer handle simple things like balancing my checkbook or understanding my bank statements. I started Creatine Monohydrate and ALL Alzheimer’s symptoms have resolved and I’ve reclaimed control of my life… TY for your work…Hope has returned!🙏

Does creatine affect the NAD+ molecule in cells? I am asking because of the recent published research (NY Times article) on reversing Alzheimer’s in mice. (And I can’t always understand your detailed explanations.) I have been on your Alz protocol for 3 months, with added creatine, and have noticed an improvement. I also passed the creatine study to my Alzheimer’s diagnosed brother who follows Big Pharma recommendations. My cognitive decline is more long-standing and was diagnosed as related to depression 20 years ago and not Alz. Weaning off all depression drugs was my first step 5 years ago to help myself. I was on 8 different prescriptions when I started. A dear old friend helped me. You are also helping me and I appreciate it.

Yours truly has been writing about it ever since the prion-disease component of the gene altering slow kill bioweapon "vaccine" VAIDS symptoms started showing up.
