If you think that Bell and Rogers have you by the balls..... you seem to have forgotten a little Telcom company they call Telus. It is THE largest Telco in Canada, and also currently OWNS all of the cross country transport fibre trunks. Other companies like Bell and Roger's, along with all legs of the government lease these fibres from Telus.

My service is Telus and it was completely fine.
Yeah it probably was, but that wasn't the point I was trying to make.
But I do believe it is nefarious and planned by governments and their overseers.
