What’s the difference between Trump and Musk?

Both present as high achievers who’ve accomplished remarkable things.

Musk and his businesses. Trump and his businesses.

Musk rising to world’s richest person. Trump rising to President.

Detractors point to Musk’s subsidies and surmise a connection to DARPA.

Detractors point to Trump’s bankruptcies and connection to organized crime.

Fans point to Musk’s reusable rockets, dreams of colonizing planets, electric cars, solar energy, satellite internet, and boring tunnels as remarkable things that improve lives.

Fans point to Trump’s tax cuts, job creation, GDP growth, cap immigration, and willingness to negotiate in lieu of war as remarkable things that improve lives.

Musk appears contradictory at times. Such as warning of AI yet creating Neuralink and buying Twitter on the premise of free speech and continuing to ban. Thus galvanizing an intense distrust.

Trump appears contradictory at times. Such as becoming president on the premise of fixing the economy and cleaning up the deep state then aiding and abetting the deep state by green lighting dangerous injections and lockdowns which triggered an economic disaster that wiped out all previous gains.

Both Musk and Trump behave strangely at times. Both are considered eccentric 3D chess master geniuses by many, and complete and utter fakes by many.

Both are extremely divisive. Each in their own ways are unprecedented at galvanizing hate and love at the same time.

Both have gigantic fan bases of drooling followers who only see good in them.

Thus, both are impossible to criticize without people coming out of the woodwork to tell you how stupendously ignorant you are.
