According to State Senator Doug Mastriano of PA, these sprayed metals are also to be used for mind control and surveillance in combination with EMF and satellites. He is trying to get SRM stopped in PA. I don't think a lot of people understand what is going on. I see these trails almost daily. The other day, they added dark gray stuff to the mix.
There's been a video circulating of former CIA head Brennan giving a speech at the Council of Foreign Relations(the OGs of the NWO) discussing SAI seeding for something other than cloud seeding.
Given the evidence I speculate these are the sort of things being deployed through particle seeding:
Cloud seeding: There are at least two categories, warm and cold. Warm is done using absorbers such as basic NaCL(salt) but this area has seen novel material development. Do a search on the nanoparticle NaCL/TiO2 core/shell configuration. Allows for much greater water absorption by volume.
Atmospheric heating: Bulk metals typically reflect microwaves but shrink them down to nano scale and some become very efficient absorbers which then are efficiently transfer the energy back into the surrounding air as heat. If you believe Doppler radar is dual use then something like this would be required to heat large volumes of air efficiently using microwaves.
Atmospheric ionization: If you read up on HAARP you'll inevitably be introduced to some plasma physics concepts. One of them is that a properly configured plasma is an ideal carrier for EMF. Another is that radio wave propagation is affected by magnetism. This applies to the earth's ionosphere and magnetic field. Designing a DEW doesn't stop with direct manipulation of the EMF energy. It's also about manipulating the air around it. If you can design a machine that creates a plasma channel from source to target to send EMF energy through it can travel through a medium that would have otherwise reflected or absorbed it. Add in the affects of magnetism and in some cases you can propagate EMF without experiencing loss over distance. Even the most focused beam normally experiences loss through divergence. Read about the discovery of natural whistler waves and you'll see why there was so much interest in studying them.
Some will state that metal oxides in the environment can be the result of natural processes. True, but pin them down on what the result was when comparing particle sizes in a sample. If particles tend to be the same sizes this is an indicator of artificial creation.
A whole industry has been created - A whole "truth" movement, to have people NOT look at the evidence presented TO COURT in 2007, all whilst they are gaslighting good intentioned truth seekers with stories of remote-controlled planes or drones, CGI TV video fakery, bombs, and thermite for a controlled demolition or even buried or mini nukes.
Making sure people NEVER look at the anomalies with the 9/11 orphans, buildings 3, 4, 5, 6 and the Bankers Trust building, because if people do, they will immediately see the problems with the 9/11 truther narratives that are being SOLD to them.

Yes they admitted on the news in Ireland that many Countries are blocking the sun to reduce the temperature - the only thing with that is they are still doing it now when it's not that warm and so are making it very cold. Is this just another way way to siphon off more of our money? as we need to use more heating than normal which by the way when inflation went up to 9% Gas and Electricity went up more than double but now that inflation has come back down to 2.7% they only reduced both by a tiny fraction and I am pretty sure they have done the same in most Countries - robbing us blind - and we are letting them!
Consider that almost 25 years ago they had the ability to steer a Cat 3 hurricane and park it right offshore as needed on 9/11. And then move it away later in the day when they were done with it.
The reason I say unintended is bc despite the apparent level of sophistication…these people really don’t know what they’re doing and/or the impact. The technology remains in its early stages.
