I honestly don’t see the population getting healthier. At least not those around me. I see them getting bigger and bigger. We live in a nation full of food addicts, and the government did this to them. FDA, USDA are not our friends. They are drug dealers. Protein and fat is what the body needs and this is why they are going after farm animals.
Well, and they also did not do much thinking about what is going into their bodies, so they have no responsibility in having gotten themselves into their predicament? I will say however that our foods have become so degraded that many of us can no longer eat wheat flour and wheat products milled from U.S.-grown wheat. It is now an obesogen. If I want to eat bread it needs to be sourdough with at most 5 ingredients-- no oils and no sugars-- and all pastas have to be made from organically grown wheat and produced in Italy. Otherwise everything turns into fat. RFK Jr. needs to investigate how our most basic foods have been corrupted with chemical fertilizers, herbicides and pesticides, and twisted into GMO versions of their formerly nutricious health-giving forms.
Try the enzymes from Dr Mercola. The Celiac's in my family use them and eat real bread. Eat the garbage at restaurants, sometimes. Not gluten free anymore. Doesn't even have to be sour dough. I buy organic flour and make it,too. The enzymes are also healing their intestines and guts! I take them myself! Inexpensive I know quite a bit about this natural health so I know what to give them. lol (1970s)
I avoid what I avoid for good reasons, learned by trial and error,long ago. Enzymes from Dr. Mercola will do NOTHING to put nutrients back into that flour, or remove glyphosate from food made with contaminated grains. And we should all be eating food in it's natural form as much as possible: NO processed foods and stay away from flour products. I am a years-long subscriber to Dr. Mercola's daily newsletter.
Been listening to Dr Mercola for a very long time, since he lived in Illinois. I've been doing this since the 1970s and my mom gave me her Prevention Magazines and Organic Gardening. Have lots of old health books,too.
My ex is almost 77 and has been gluten free for over 15 years. those damages don't just disappear even when gluten free, until he took the enzymes. He has never felt better in his life, he said. My 42 year ls daughter ,also still has damage and she is going to finally try these. This is a fairly new thing and I found a study at NHS that claims it to be true and they also remove GMO effects. So does Glycine.. We take plenty of supplements and don't eat junk on a daily basis. We are getting up there so why not enjoy life a little. God Bless
