My working assumption is that negative ETS have been influencing the game invisibly for a while and it is far more likely that as we step into our sovereignty, we will receive more support from Source-Aligned, uplifting ETs who wish to help humanity without slicing open our chrysalis or interfering with the prime directive, etc, as a general rule of thumb for benevolent beings from elsewhere.
Those with inverse intent wish to hijack the narrative to make us fearful of ETs. So I say, trust your heart and in general, assume the best but keep your discernment on when meeting anyone new, human, ET, animal or etheric.
