A friend of mine, was refused medical treatment at the hospital in Peterborough... for refusing to wear a mask (which she has a medical exemption as she has suffered severe trauma year prior while being restrained and smothered during an armed altercation) all the while she was refused treatment, she was at risk of losing her eye to a severe infection. She was sent outside in winter weather to wait for medical staff that never came. Fortunately she found treatment within our community of likeminded fellows.
This world is damaged beyond repair and it looks as if Canada is leading the way.
This madness is everywhere. In Australia there is a video from Victoria showing the same chokehold on an unmasked person who had a mask exemption. Thankfully she survived.
Great quote re: anger and being immoral! In the states, I had hip replacement surgery during height of Covid/mask mania. It was “ok” that I not wear a mask in the pre-op room but had to wear one in the hallway being wheeled to the OR. TOLD the anesthetist... she can not give me versed (pre-op med) AND then mask me for the roll to the OR! Either I get the injection IN the OR (where I can once again be without a mask) OR if given ahead of time, no mask in hallway.... you can’t give a drug that deceased my airway and then block airway with a mask! Nurses were stumped on what to do (bc protecting the airway is HUGE for surgery and why anesthesia goes over that long list with patients ahead of time). As a retired nurse, “seeing the OR” doesn’t scare me! Know the docs like to do their thing without patients being able to talk but... made them suck it up! Their “mask rule” made no sense! After all, I was the one that tested negative to even be able to HAVE the surgery!
So will there be massive protests in front of the hospital? If it was Stephanie Floyd, or George Warriner, would we see any international outrage? Did HLM ? Her Life Matter?
I live with righteous anger and repeatedly ask the Lord how can I deal with it when I’m supposed to forgive. How can I forgive evil? The Bible says it’s right to have indignant anger. So I am praying for divine intervention and even if it means wiping out the Rulers and Powers involves nearly everyone - so Be it?
Instead of anger I find myself like Jeremiah weeping for those dead, dying, sickly, infertile, grieving, and now impoverished by this mind blowing global evil collaboration.
