Much of this opinion scares me. It implies that if everyone (public employees, private employees, athletes) had been treated the same, the Order could have been upheld. It also implies that temporary orders would have been okay...but you can't be temporarily injected. I'm not so sure we should celebrate yet.
But since the mandates have so many errors in law and logic, it is a win.
Could this decision be setting up ever more draconian mandates for the upcoming "pandemic?" Yes, it very well could be, but at some point this all falls apart badly.

I sent the author of this Substack a photo of a woman vomiting and, after first being diagnosed with food poisoning, now her doctors are telling her she has vertigo and it has nothing to do with the shot. Well, the symptoms started 2 days after her injection. On top of this her blood pressure is through the roof. Just because we understand the truth doesnβt mean itβs still not being suppressed.
