The outrage is justified. Decades of unaccountable spending, failed audits, and systemic looting have completely severed the moral legitimacy of taxation. People are finally asking the right questions.

Over the last 30 years or so it has become obvious the way you win an election in America is by promising free stuff to people paid for by others, and cheat using funds stolen from taxpayers by various grifting operations like NGO’s, ORG’s and PAC’s etc. If President Trump promised to cancel all income and property tax if you vote GOP, how could any Democrat socialist one-up that? Talk about landslides. The only people who would complain are the people who already pay no taxes and various other freeloaders and criminals, and of course, the deep state captured mainstream media outlets.

The whole Cloward-Piven Strategy hinges off a majority of welfare recipients voting for this tax slavery system en route to total collapse and the ultimate culling of the remnants of the productive class as well as this majority of freeloaders.

More like the last 100 years..The campaign promise."A chicken in every pot" goes back a long time....

Another problem with the income tax, not that you can get a Court to look at it, is that the ratification was very sketchy, and probably inadequate because the exact amendment wasn't ratified in every State....

This would speak VOLUMES if everyone really followed suit and just skipped filing this year.

Too many are scared to death to rise against the machine. Or is that RAGE ?

I will add a new counter, to the one about how many will be jailed as you demand, which today stands at Zero.

This one will be how many the IRS says "ok. we give up, don't pay, your arguments convince us. And how many judges will go along with you. After all these years of tax protestors making money selling books and classes and then paying their taxes, that count still stands at ZERO!

Rots of Ruck. USG is a crime gang, taxes are their protection racket.

THIS report about "slavery instituted by the usual scum = shylocks", is truly music to my ears. This AWAKENING is long overdue, 45-47 is the director of this Orchestra. - But you have to give credit to this money sharking vermin, *it* is extremely astute and cunning, "there really is no substitute for this vermin"!!! *shylocks* are nothing more than artists in parasitism since millennia, remember what they did to JESUS CHRIST, our SAVIOR, to be eventually eliminated and DESTROYED to never ever re-appear on GOD's planet

I'm in agreement with the overall thrust of this article. However, a quibble... You said, "Speaking of unconstitutional Amendments..." An Amendment can't be unconstitutional. By definition, if passed according to the procedure in the Constitution, an amendment is part of the Constitution and therefore constitutional. C.f., the Bill of Rights.

Many have claimed 16A was never properly ratified, so there's that.

Also, if you understand 10A or the law of construction, anything that comes after it that subverts the Bill of Rights is ultimately unconstitutional.

Look up β€œIncome Taxes are illegal part 1” on YouTube. It’s the story of Sherry Peele Jackson, ex-IRS agent and fraud investigator who no longer pays taxes because it’s illegal.

Land value tax is the only defensible one, as it taxes away the unearned wealth that accrues to landowners in areas (cities) where public investment in infrastructure etc like new airports, roads, railways etc drives up values.

Currently we have the scam that the β€œgovernment” pays and the value coincidentally accrues to rich landowners.

My adult daughter is disabled, vaccine-injured as a toddler. I am her rep. payee and conservator for the pittence monthly SS Disability payments (around $960). Every January, I have to report to the court a full account of all funds received and spent in the last year. Social Security requires some accountability for those funds annually, also, though not in as much detail. These M’F-ers take billions and there is no accountability whatsoever, both the government and the fraudsters (though there is actually no distinction). I could go on, as I’m certain we all could.

This is exactly what has been on my mind this week! So many things that we should absolutely not be giving money to. Just this morning, I was wondering how a very large percentage of tax payers could be encouraged to say no, I will not support this criminality any longer.

Ask yourself why the income tax and Federal Reserve were passed in 1913...It was because the elites knew they wanted to fight a war in Europe, which would be hideously expensive....and if the tax money was inadequate, which it was, they needed a bank which would create as much money as necessary.....

Another problem which would be solved by abolishing property taxes is public education...When my grandparents went to school, it was funded by payments from the students' parents, who therefore had no tolerance for their kids not obeying the schoolmaster and learning everything they could...Parents who didn't pay didn't get their kids schooled, (none in their rural areas) got uneducated kids, unless the did serious home study...The result was that a high school education was better than most college educations now....

Take a look at the Harvard entrance examinations in the early 1900s and ask yourself how many of those questions you or your kids could answer....
