Your story somewhat reminds me of when I went to pick up a prescription for my 99-year-old mother-in-law at a nearby Walgreens. The manager of the store was standing in front of a table where they were handing out pamphlets, pushing the new flu shot. When he heard my prescription was not ready, he asked me if I would like to get a flu shot while I wait. I told him about the many family and friends who were injured or killed by the Covid vax.
I gave him a “no” reply. He told me that they may have been injured or killed by Covid. Of course I didn’t believe his mess.
As I wandered around the store looking for some other needs, he had a security guard follow me around. I wore that gesture on behalf of the foolish manager, as a badge of honor.
