I's like to understand what you mean by "renewing your claim". Having moved to the status of national, there is no renewing. It is done. It can always be reversed, since EVERYTHING is voluntary.
My claim is "there's more to the story". and has nothing to do with my status.
The link I provided does not, to my knowlege, have anthing to do with any amount of money for service.
