Hmm, wow, yeah, people have speculated blackmail. I don’t know either of these sources. How credible are they? I try to cite sources people can’t easily knock down as it can do more harm than good.

Agreed. It's really hard to say , isn't it. The Buffalo Chronicle article names names and figures, and I'm pretty certain that it would have been shut down in a defamation suit if the story was fake. Of course, searching for the site leads to lots of stories on how it's "not a credible website", which means literally nothing anymore.

The second link is interesting. I remember a "conspiracy theory" from some First Nation people in Canada years ago that 215 children were killed after a visit by the Royal Family. Then last year, mainstream news reported that they had found mass graves of 215 children at the exact location the conspiracy theory had stated. I was pretty shocked.

Then they found more:

What's interesting about the article I posted, a lot of the information tallies very closely with information from Aborigine Tribal Leaders in Australia's Northern Territory. What is especially interesting is the constant reference to "corporations" - they say the British/Monarchy pulled out but were instead replaced with private corporations which continue to erode their sovereignty and abuse them to this day.

Clearly there is no way any of this stuff will ever be admitted to fully in the mainstream, so it might not be "safe" to run with. But if I were a betting baboon running Snopes4Baboons.com I would probably give it a "likely to be true" rating.
