Would you get the same benefit from sweet wormwood in a pill form as you would from using ivermectin? If so what would be the dosage? Appreciate you and this Substack.
I’m not a doctor. Ivermectin is from artemisia annua. Both are safe. Dosage depends on your weight and size. Tablets and tea are wonderful and very safe
Do you know what the differences are between this and oregano? I ask because there was an alert out here re Arthrem which contains this so Im a little hesitant. I know it could be their typical fear mongering so we dont use it. But I have heaps of oregano in my garden and currently have a few bottle of tincture brewing that I can keep as a tincture or even evaporate down to an oil. Thank you 2nd Smartest Guy for all this information! I hope to give a testimonial soon for my mom who has been suffering from recurrent UTI’s and a skin condition called pemphigoid. I thought I would try Ivermectin for two weeks one a day and see if this beats it. I am tired of the antibiotics that really don’t work or have other side effects. So far a couple of the sores that just wouldn’t fully heal are almost gone! I’ll be testing her urine again next week, but it hasn’t looked this clear in a while!!! Women going thru or in menopause have an increased incidence of UTIs due to the estrogen fluctuations which affect the normal flora of the uro-genital region. Thank you for all your great advice and info!! ! I agree about the antibiotics, but when it gets bad we have no choice to keep it from getting worse. She is 92. I actually have had her on probiotics specifically for UTI’s and have been giving her the Uqora supplements for about 7 years. I just started her on another supplement called Utiva that is newer. She has ony been on it about 60 days. Plus she has had bladder issues for years that warranted a pretty radical surgery in 2020, and she has an overactive bladder making it necessary to use bladder control pads along with depends type underwear at night now. I also think these can contribute to it. I ordered organic pads, but she is so stubborn that she wants to wear her Always or Prevail. I am fluctuating with them to see what’s best. Everyday is a challenge.
You got to be careful thinking clear urine is good. We all usually have toxic stuff in us. Our urine is a way to get rid of toxins. So clear urine means that she is no longer getting rid of toxins. So is the clear urine means she is just so healthy she no longer has toxins in her or is it that her body isn't allowing her to get rid of toxins?
I’ve been testing and watching her urine for ten years due to her UTI issues, and it has never been this clear, still yellow, but is has always had some cloudiness, which in turn she normally had baseline UTI’s or full blown. It has cleared up with the Ivermectin. That’s the only change since I started it. In this case it is good. Not clear in the sense it has no color. Thanks for your concern.

I have been using IVM and FenBen to recover from a terrible sinus infection that required surgery and a lot of antibiotics (45 days of doxy). Anyway, my ear started to hurt yesterday and I was up all night with a fever, still have a fever
So, today is the day I take IVM, but will take it along with hourly vitamin c. I have doxy on hand, but would prefer to let my gut heal (if possible). I really appreciate this community and am continually learning!

All kidding aside this is day 3 of my bout with <whateverthatwas> and the fever is gone, skin issue gone, headache/eye pain gone, still nauseous and had some vomiting yesterday but am 1000% better. Sense of taste is a little off but planning on completing my 0.5mg/kg dose of PetMectin for a full 7 days. Of course I am already on 10,000iu vit D, Zinc and Quercetin, berberine, nattokinase (I have afib which was worsened by working in an environment where covid shots were given all day). And my hubs has not caught whateverthatwas but I did bump his IVM dose for this time period anyway. Thanks!!!
It's almost like if you get rid of parasites in your body by using an anti-parasitic medication then your body is free to heal from lots of medical problems. Doesn't matter the medical problem. Once the parasites are gone, then your body fights off the other nasty medical conditions you got.
