I have two answers to the problem. Go out side and enjoy the sun without over exposure and DO NOT USE sunscreen. Second install Vitamin D sun lights in your home to maintain your Vitamin D blood level above 50 ng's. A Jon Ott associate for years championed the idea of installing Vitamin Sun Lamps in our schools to keep our children healthy. Never caught on. Instead we vaccinate them to the nth degree.

I did a quick Google search and found them in stock at a few stores in my area and in addition to some online retailers that have them. Though Walmart also has them, they’re a bit pricey in comparison to other places.

I buy mine on Amazon and other online dealers.

LED lights also act like microphones with paired with "smart meters"

per a Ted talks video - they called it the internet of things.

so they listen to our conversations with the lights and smart TV too
