Ontario Superior Court Justice Hugh McLean says the injunction is temporary because he needs to hear more evidence, but has heard enough to make this ruling today.
People at back of convoy honk. Cops go investigate. Then honking occurs at the front of the convoy, by the time the cops have gotten there the honking at the back starts again.
This is 100% enforceable and won't annoy the cops so much they will give up.
Also, think of the peak Clown World radio chatter - "Honking occurring near downtown, send someone to investigate. Suspect is described as being a trucker in a truck".
So Canada is Socialist...that is the common perception. The rallying cry for socialists has always been "Workers of the World - Seize the means of production." As the truckers are doing EXACTLY that, they are being treated like criminals by the very same socialist government. Sooooooooo, I guess socialism is just another bogeyman to fool people into supporting the same 1% we have here in USA.

Let's see, on the scale of what I really hate, is it honking or having my right to bodily autonomy, freedom of movement, freedom of assembly and speech taken away? I have never understood the notion that people have to go to a court system that is housed, paid, and given power by the same government that is tyrannical. Tyrannical Govt = Tyrannical Courts.
The Supreme Court of the US Federal Govt is corrupt. They stopped representing the little guy since the dawn of the industrial revolution.
If we TRULY want to go to court, we need a court OUTSIDE the jurisdiction of said tyrannical government. Otherwise, its a farce.
What does this mean for the average city goer stuck in unrelated traffic? Would they risk penalty for honking at some pedestrian wondering into the road? These sorts of rulings have so many odd edge-cases.. really pulls the veil back and you see the absurdity of it all and the ineptitude of the "officials".

Truckers should stop all deliveries to Ottawa supermarkets. Just to show the global elites what's what & who's who.
