I think I remember Albendazole used to be an option for treating horses for parasites, but it has been a while since I have used it on my farm. These products are both safe in livestock and overdose is not very likely. Yes we aren’t horses, but I like my long blond hair and losing it to chemo therapy would suck, so I would definitely ask for it as a first line treatment.

I agree, Judy, but those doctors paid a heavy price up to and including termination and loss of license. It's easier today now that things have settled down and it is more broadly accepted that alternatives work better but the prices are horrendous re. what is paid in other parts of the World. Veterans Administration doctors are still prohibited from prescribing anything that will affect the bottom lines of Big Pharma.
