You have a good protocol except your dosage of Fenb and IV are way too conservative based on your Gleason score. Both drugs are considered low-toxicity - I know this personally from blood test.

Your fasting is extreme for sure, leading to malnutrition and frailty - not good when dealing with Cancer. Eat well, exercise often, refrain from media except trusted sources, do micronutrient supplements in food-grade form - not OTC, drink sodium bicarbonate ( not Arm Hammer) such as bobs red mill - 1 tsp diluted with a QUART of water. Contrary to media nonsense, cancer is NOT a battle but rather a lifestyle change . I personally know this fact. Enjoy your new life !

Thanks for that. I missed this comment at the time. I Am now on 72mg IVM (1mg per Kilo and 999 or 1000mg of IVM. Ditched the Saw Palmetto. Added IP6 Inisitol, Salvestrol, CBD. Still feel OK. Blood Tests soon, maybe a scan soon after. I have been advised the following:-

PROSTATE CANCER BLOOD TEST. pls check at the labs near you to determine which of the following tests they can perform:-

Ferritin (checked previously)

lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) alkaline phosphatase PSA Red blood cells (RBCs)

White blood cells (WBCs)

Platelets

Hemoglobin (protein in RBCs)

Hematocrit

Mean corpuscular volume

Electrolytes

Sodium

Potassium

Magnesium

Chloride

Abnormality in these parameters suggests dehydration, malnutrition, or hormone imbalances, etc.

Liver Panel

Albumin

Alanine aminotransferase (ALT)/SGPT

Aspartate aminotransferase (AST)

Gamma-Glutamyl Transferase (GGT) Bilirubin.

BUN

Creatinine

Before each blood test you have to fast for 8–12 hours, which can ensure that the results of the test are free from any variables including vitamins, proteins, and other nutrients, so as to make the test results as accurate as possible.

That is quite a shopping list!
