"Is it just psychologically hard for some people diagnosed with cancer to walk away from their oncologist and do self treatment?" Exactly correct, as a primary health care giver to a close relative with a grim cancer prognosis as a fan of repurposed antiparasitics like IVM and Fenben, keto diets and no sugar or alcohol etc I had to walk on eggshells when it came to him and his oncologist. Fortunately he rejected Chemo and after seven months we brought him to full remission. The oncologist still wanted the final word and convinced him to try monoclonal antibodies even though he was in full remission, given the safety profile and low side effexts I was ok with it but...after ony two sessions of what normally is 53 sessions they declared "full reimssion" so that they could take the credit...congrats Moffit Cancer centre of Tampa Florida "sarcasm".
If you walk away from your oncologist, you're on your own.
People still *trust* their doctors.
In the last year, I've had two relatives die of cancer [1 vaxxed, 1 not.] We gave both of their wives Fenben info, and both wives rejected it. Both wives are now widows.
