13-14 yrs. was always the norm. Hormones in food starting in the early 70's started the 10 year old beginning to cycle. Now women are nearly all infertile from talking birth control.
There’s no credible evidence that U.S. children aged 0–4 born to mothers “vaccinated at any time” are suffering a 76–77% excess in natural-cause deaths—or that maternal mRNA vaccination is causing intergenerational harm.
Large population studies found no increase in neonatal adverse events or death—and in some analyses, lower neonatal mortality—among infants of mothers vaccinated in pregnancy. (JAMA 2024 Sweden/Norway cohort of 196,470 infants: adjusted OR for neonatal death 0.68). mRNA vaccination in pregnancy also protects infants against COVID-19 hospitalization. There’s no link with congenital anomalies.
What actually drove recent bumps in pediatric harm was a very severe flu/RSV rebound after distancing ended (with record pediatric flu deaths in 2023–24 and even higher in 2024–25), plus spikes in infant RSV, added real respiratory risk to young children.   
And ironically, deaths increased due to the fear of routine childhood vaccination (record-high kindergarten exemptions) which raises risk from preventable infections—hardly consistent with vaccines being the problem.
There is strong evidence maternal vaccination even in pregnancy is safe and, for infants, protective against severe COVID-19—while the recent child-health headwinds come from respiratory virus surges and slipping routine immunization, not mRNA vaccines
This is just another example of people misunderstanding real data and conflagration it to suit their narrative.

Quality of studies included in primary analysis
Figure 2 provides the risk of bias for the included test-negative design and adjusted cohort studies included in the main analysis. For the maternal SARS-CoV-2 infection outcome, 17% of studies (1/6) were considered to be low risk, 66% (4/6) moderate risk and 17% (1/6) as serious risk. Of the two studies reporting severe COVID-19 disease, one was considered to be moderate risk and the other serious. For maternal hospital admission outcome, two studies were classified as having moderate risk and one as low risk. Of the two studies reporting neonatal SARS-CoV-2 infection, one study was considered to have critical risk of bias rating, as prematurity, a postintervention variable was used as an adjustment factor.18 More than half of the studies reporting pregnancy-related maternal and offspring outcomes were considered to be serious risk (9/16), 19% (3/16) low risk and 12% (2/16) as moderate or critical risk. Online supplemental appendix 4 describes the consensus judgements used to assign the risk of bias in each domain."
