I live in TN and have met this young father and his 3 children. Both boys ended up in the hospital after being vaccinated but only the 5 year suffered a devastating outcome. The mother gave the kids to the father. No one will touch this case. There must be a lawyer or legislator willing to help this family. The young boy was 10 when I met them. A normal 5 year old now a completely dependent autistic is all the proof parents should need to prove to them that vaccines are meant to cause life long customers not to help keep children or adults healthy. This judge needs to be disbarred forever.
My thoughts exactly! With all the evidence of harm they cause, and no benefit, to children there is a good case for suing his arrogance. That evidence exists in the book "Turtles all the Way Down: : Vaccine Science and Myth".
Sadly, most Judges are elected, and often just face "retention" votes with no alternatives. I think it is horrific, don't get me wrong. I couldn't even finish reading what this poor father must go through, thinking of my own sweet grandbabies, all of whom get vaccines, although my own kids did not. I am an attorney, and see too many people screaming "SUE THEM" hoping for some justice. I am here to tell, you that the legal system has been captured like everything else. It is a business and justice was sold a long time ago. We the people must spread the word and encourage each other, not rely on some imaginary "justice" system.

A couple of weeks ago I put some sparkling water in has dish - he sits in front of it until I pour something into it - and he jumped very high in the air, startled by the bubbles. And now I think I am being sued for harassment and endangerment and for laughing at him.

Todays doctors are not what they were years ago. How many doctors do you know today make free house calls to the poor?? It was common practice long ago. The father kept refusing the vaxxes,. the (so called)mother agreed to win custody from the judge, but (12 days of ICU later) as soon as it was determined the child was damaged for life, she immediately dumped them on the dad and took off.
An article (or ad) should be submitted to the newspaper local to that Judge and posted on Facebook with the judge’s name and jurisdiction. The ex-wife’s lawyer should also be reprimanded for incentivizing a medical treatment rather than objecting to the judge’s extortionate offer.
Maybe I missed it in the article but does this judge have a name? I live in Tennessee and this shocks me to my core. It seems like no one ever wants to publicly name these evil people. He needs to be shamed out of office.
Can't they present the child to the judge to get it on record that the judge understands what has actually happened? At least this way future repeats of this might be overturned.
This is just plain inhuman, this monster must be injected with 18 poisons, every day, for one week.!!! The ***authority*** of government over ones body must be rejected.
This judge should not only be sued, he should be prosecuted AND forced to financially provide for the care of this child and the father, for the remainder of their lives, since he has to care for him 24-7, so can not earn a living for his family.
And just think, once they vaxxed these kids, the mom ran away as she didn't want the responsibility once he was injured so severely; leaving the father with such a heavy burden.
While I’d LOVE for earthly justice to take place, I am beyond angry, I know without a shadow of a doubt that God will have His vengeance! It doesn’t surprise me at all that this ugly, heartless mother would abandon her children once severely injured! She used those children against him to hurt him to start! Unequivocally disgusting!
