The FDA recieved 8.4 BIllion taxpayer dollars in 2023 yet "cannot find the resources to release the data". How can any human being possibly believe this nonsense. Corruption in the FDA and the Juducial System reins!!!!
I wonder what percentage of judges realize the Bible explicitly states that they will be judged according to a higher standard, commensurate with the lofty heights they chose in being a judge, above the people?

This issue MUST be the most pressing so why wouldn't the judge have ordered delays in providing information for other, less important requests and demand this crucial data be published immediately. Does he have that flexibility? If so, why didn't he exercise it? Can this decision be appealed?
I can't authoritatively answer but I would guess it would be if you had a few hundred thousand dollars laying around you were willing to gamble for the chance you might maybe save six months.
Appeals are expensive and don't generally cost the judge anything if he loses.
