Welp, he had way more than enough money to live comfortably the rest of his life, which is more than can be said for most people that were coerced into injecting unknown toxic substances into their bodies. He should have listened to his conscience and quit.

obscure reference yes. Dave Chappelle walked away from Hollywood back in the mid 2000s. Execs threatened his creative control of Chappelle Show, constantly tried to get him to think he was crazy and get him on meds. He went to South Africa and stayed for 3 years?
Well, it appears that he came back and did their bidding to at least some extent anyway.
I understand why people want to be famous on the surface, but after a some thought I don't understand it. It seems that everyone seeks validation via being famous.
The problem is that so many famous people have stated plainly that they were/are lonely, have few real friends, hate the lifestyle, etc. Which I also don't understand, because they're welcome to join the ranks of us peons anytime they want to.

Do a Chappelle
What do you mean?
You get off the bus, even if that means leaving $50 million on it.
Thanks. I'm not familiar with Chappelle's response. From what I can tell based on a quick Google tho, he bought into it.
