In addition......

No need to wait for a study, or hunt down a doctor that will prescribe doxycycline & ivermectin.

Quercetin and NAC are readily available over the counter.

Quercetin offers cardioprotection against progression of experimental autoimmune myocarditis by suppression of oxidative and endoplasmic reticulum stress via endothelin-1/MAPK signalling.

Furthermore, treatment of myocarditis with quercetin has been associated with elevated numbers of T regulatory cells and anti-inflammatory cytokines and reduced secretion of pro-inflammatory and myocardial apoptosis.

Also, Quercetin Inhibits Proinflammatory Cytokine (Tumor Necrosis Factor Alpha) Gene Expression in Normal Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells via Modulation of the NF-κβ System.

Viral myocarditis caused by Coxsackievirus B (CVB) infection is a severe inflammatory disease of the myocardium, which may develop to cardiomyopathy and heart failure. No effective specific treatment is available. Our previous study demonstrated that suppression of proinflammatory caspase-1 activation effectively inhibited CVB replication. N-acetyl cysteine (NAC) is a widely used antioxidant. In this study, we found that NAC significantly alleviated the myocardial injury caused by CVB type 3 (CVB3) under in vivo condition. Importantly, NAC treatment simultaneously suppressed viral replication and inflammatory response in both myocardium and cell culture.

-Quercetin is often packaged with other nutraceuticals beneficial to the cardiovascular system, such as bromelin, zinc, EGCG and ashwaganda.

-NAC supplement should include selenium.

I’ve been taking quercetin and NAC for years. Along with zinc. Thanks for the additional information.
